Daniyel was founded by Sem Daniyelyan, who began his career in construction at 18 years old framing new home builds alongside his father in Sacramento, California. He went on to study civil engineering before the demands of a growing business brought him back to the field full time. At 26, Sem obtained his General Contractor license and began bidding commercial construction projects — applying what he had learned both on the job and in school to deliver results that larger firms often couldn't match. That was 13 years ago. Today, Daniyel has completed over 700 projects across Northern California, serving business owners, property managers, and real estate developers from San Francisco to Sacramento. While our focus is commercial construction and tenant improvements, we maintain relationships with select residential clients built over years of trust.
